7 V 7 Lake Surge League

REGISTRATION IS OPEN AND WILL CLOSE WHEN SPOTS ARE FILLED

This is a fun way to close out 2025- Players will get real game coaching -  Middle School and High School teams will have the option to play in the CarpetBagger Lax Christmas Jam

BENEFITS OF PLAYING 7v7 - Games Only

• Immediate Feedback: The learning is happening in the moment.

• Deepens Understanding: Players take the drills and put them into games to see the "why"

• Builds Game IQ: It's a low-pressure way to build experience.

• Team Communication: It reinforces the importance of talking on the field, calling for the ball, and providing support.

League Start and End Dates: The league runs on Saturdays from November 15th to December 13th.

Game Times: Games will be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., with the exact times depending on the number of teams.

Divisions:

• Elementary School: Grades 1st to 5th
• Middle School: Grades 6th to 8th
• High School: Grades 9th to 12th

League Format 

• Format: It's a 7v7 format.

• Player Positions: Each team will have two attack players, two middies, two defense players, and one goalie.

• Teams will be selected by the Lake Surge coaches, but they will consider requests from players who want to be on the same team.

• Every player will receive a numbered, reversible pinnie (If players are registered by Sept 17th we are offering your last name on the pinnie - NO EXCEPTIONS)

• All teams will be coached by Lake Surge coaches.
